My LLMD put me on this program

Click on Essential Nutrition - get the Essential Nutrition kit. Has major AM multi, Omegas, Beta C and major PM multi (that helps you sleep. You can throw in the Calcium and AG Immune, and you pretty much have one stop shopping.

I'm on the same system as lymeinhell. I think it's helped tremendously, just have to play juggling games with pill times to keep it away from the antibiotics.
