when i was able to--- i used the steam room at the gym

- takes a lot out of me but I know that it helps

Yes! So much easier to detox through the skin. Why burden our often already over-worked liver and kidneys with the task if there is a simpler route to take?

Not sure if everything can be detoxed through the skin, but it seems like enough to really make a difference. Must depend also, on how much we can move out of entrenched areas?

I would like to know if the detox foot pads or the foot baths work better to rid the body of toxins. Any opinions? How long do you use either of them?

If pads, then where can you buy the cheap ones? If foot bath, which one, where do you get it, and how much does it cost? Thanks.
