Mine are getting so much worse. What causes it. My 16 year old says it gas built up in the muscle and it has to move on its own to remove the gases. He said I needed to move more.
I see others with twitches.

Magnesium is supposed to help. I know somebody who said calcium helped him.
Mine also got better with lots of B-12 and Folic Acid (sublingual).
The B-12 makes sense if it is a neurologic response and not the muscle itself causing the twitch. B-12 helps neurological function.

Magnesium!!!! Get some magnesium by IV or IM injections, and take magnesium orally! It stops twitching over time.

Nothing has helped my twitches, nothing. I've tried practically everything orally that I can and even some things some IV's. It was my first symptom and I think it will be my last to leave.

Also buy some mag phos by Hylands in 6 x and you can carry it with you and take it every half hour if you need to. It melts under the tongue and goes right into your system. It is just magnesium and you can find it at most health food stores.

Hi, I have them too and have been told it is a neuro symptom. I am on Magnesium, doesn't help though.
Nuero symptoms can be related to Bart, Ehrilchosis or LD.
They disappeared with treatment for awhile and are now back. Take care.

Twitching of various muscles has been one of my most persistent symptoms. It is worse when not taking magnesium, or if I eat sugary refined type foods.
