Hi Everyone,

FYI

Last week my LLMD put me on oxygen.

Got the whole portable thing.

AMAZING!

It has helped my neuropathy 90%.

In the last week I have taken 2 vicodin.

I was taking 2-3 A DAY!.

I feel so much better with it.

My Cardiologist said that Chronic Fatigue causes the heart to speed up and not take that millisecond to relax.

It thinks it has to get that oxygen into your system!!

Also my LLMD wants me to go on Mephron but Safeway says the wholesaler is out.

They don't know when they will be making more.

Anyone know who carries it consistently?

Where to get it?

I will call some drugstores tomorrow.

Thanks for your advice!!!!

The wholesaler is out of Mepron? Yikes. Hopefully this is only a Safeway issue.

When I started Mepron I had to call several drugstores to see who had it in stock. Costco and CVS have been fairly consistent about keeping it available. Sometimes I have to wait a day or two to pick up a complete month's supply.

The oxygen is interesting. At the beginning of my babs treatment my LLMD put me on a daily inhaler which helped tremendously - wonder if it's the same concept, to a lesser degree?

Glad it's helping you!

Hi Everyone,

Besides finding a pharmacy in the Seattle (eastside?) area that carries Mepron I am also looking for one that carries IM Bicillin CR.

Any suggestions?

I am using a portable oxygen machine.

The test was 2 liters per hour and I can use it as much as I like.

I turn it up to 3 on walks.

It can be very convenient for me.

I also have the machine that converts the air to more pure oxygen but will return that as it make my nose and mouth dry.

My LLMD wanted me to do hyperbaric but my insurance won't pay for it and I can't afford it.

Thanks for the oxygen article.

I will call Costco about some of these medications. You guys are a great resource.
