Wow, did I find a miracle for free.

I was waking every morning with a terrible sore and stiff back(lower). I sleep on an air mattress and that helps 'alot'.

But heard somewhere, probably on all night tv I watch, that IF you put a pillow between your knees it keeps the lower back more in line and prevents strains there.

Cant BELIEVE the difference just a couple nites of doing this. I had did it before for some other reason,,,but quit for some unknown reason.

EVER since, had the real sore back,,,now its a used to thing. I just thought it was the lyme, old age, and arthritis doing it.

How cool is just a SIMPLE tip like this,,,priceless,,,hope it helps YOU half as much as it did me!!! course I remain--weird--just don--

yep, sure does don!

i got a new pillow to go w/new mattress/spring lately. it's too thick for my painful neck, so you guessed it .... right between legs and helps my new hip immensely!

also helps prevent skin problems too for those bedridden needing to be turned every 2 hrs. aren't you glad we're in MUCH better shape than that; i am! [kiss]

I tried the pillow thing but I just couldn't keep it there. Seems to work itself out of position in my sleep.

My back is always stiff in the morning as a result of rolling over onto my stomach .

My nice new mattress is now being apreciated by my labs as I sleep on the couch .Lucky dogs! [Smile]
