Whenever I get really bummed about lyme, I remember this story/saying I heard as a kid...

(Just a little humor to break up the typical dreary, lyme day.)

"Why worry"
There are only two things in life to worry about. You are either well or you are sick. If you are well, there is nothing to worry about. If you are sick, you will either get well, or you will die.

If you get will, there is nothing to worry about. If you die, you will either go to heaven, or you will go to hell.

If you go to heaven, there is nothing to worry about. And if you go to hell, you'll be so damn busy shaking hands with friends, you won't have time to worry..!

There is a Buddhist saying that goes like this;

"If a problem has a solution, then why worry? If a problem has no solution, then why worry?"

Worry does nothing but make us sicker. Boy do I know that for sure.
