I was wondering if anyone had seen or heard of this doctor?
PLease any info on him would be greatly apprecited... you can PM if you'd like.
I was thinking of doing homeopathy in conjunction with my ABX ... maybe it would help, maybe not.. but I would like to try.
Thank You

Here are some links that may help. He may have good knowledge of homeopathy and its use for Lyme (I don't know, not in a position to judge) but I strongly disagree with some of his statements in the second link.
Yeah I wasnt too impressed with that second link...

there is a world-reknowned homeopath/nd in enfield ct who treats lyme POST-ABX with classical homeopathy. he doesn't recommend using it during abx since it will negate the efficacy of the homeopathy.

Just read that 2nd link; "10 Myths..." WOW... Is THAT full of mis-information. Even an Infectious disease specialist would have issues with some of those claims. He's an actual M.D.? Where-o-WHERE did he get things like, "We KNOW (my capital lettering) that only 1% of all tick bites from Lyme-infected ticks results in the disease." Where is this Study? I'd luv to read it.
"...it takes 24 hrs of attachment..." SO SAD that THIS myth continues. *I* was infected badly by a male deer tick on/ in me for exactly 19-20 hours. 24 hours is such BUNK. There are SO many variables!
"There are NO recorded or confirmed cases of fatalities from Lyme disease..." Ahhh... Hello?! He should check with some maternity wards in NJ... for starters.

homeopathy doesn't treat diseases, it treats symptoms.
i've seen it work miracles at the right time.
i think that information in the second link should be corrected or simply removed, but a classic homeopath wouldn't really put too much stock in these statistics, because they do not treat by them, again, they treat symptoms.
his articles on lyme and homeopathic treatment i find very interesting.
still, there are many cases which will require intensive antimicrobial treatment. i think every good homeopath would agree with that, these bugs are bad.
also, classic homeopathy does't tend to have a transformational effect while you are on allopathic medicines.

I know little about homeopathy but I was under the impression that it seeks to cure the individual rather than just treat symptoms.
Need some clarification.

I think homeopathy treats the individual. Even though we all may have lyme we have varying symptoms and even our similar symptoms vary by degree of intensity.
Homeopathy also looks at the emotions from what I understand which would treat the individual.
Hope this makes sense. Hiker53

I think I misunderstood what was being said.
Homeopathy treats individuals based on symptoms, not specific diseases. So a Lyme treatment may be different for one person than another persons treatment, depending on symptoms.
It is an interesting approach to treatment.

I guess if homeopathy was Curative NONE of us would be suffering...
I may still try it...
