I tried to visit Dr. Jones' website and this is what I found (2 days ago it was working fine):
"THIS SITE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED"
Anyone knows what's going on? Is he losing his court battle?

I think it is the Wilder Network that has been suspended. THere was a page about Dr. Jones there and when I went there, I got the message you describe.
Usually when a website is suspended it is because the ISP (Internet Service Provider) has suspended it.
Once when I was moving to another ISP, my previous ISP put a message up almost exactly like that. Made it sound like I had done something wrong but in reality I had fired them for incompetence.
Could also be that their domain name accidently expired and they just need to renew it.
I trust it will be back on line before long.
