I've been treating for over a year with different abx. About 3 months ago tested positive for Babs.
Last time I went to a bio-feeback Dr. he said the Lyme is showing up in an acute phase...which is good, he said?
Anyone have any insight on this? If I've been treating this for over 1 year, how can this be acute?
Does it mean I may be able to get rid of it for good?
Still tested positive for Babs.

It's good because it means our immune system's still acting strongly against it. When this is the case, you should replenish your IgM antibodies on a regular basis (whenever new Borellia populations come out of hiding.)

Hey Adamm, I should know this...but what do you mean by IgM antibodies and how do I replenish them??
Thanks for the info.

Oh--by IgM, I meant the antibodies whose presence, I assumed, lead your doctor to say your Lyme is in the acute phase. The replenishment of them is just something that naturally happens if you're body's fighting the infection the way it should be. DOn't know anything about bio-feedback, unfortunately, so I can't tell you what your doc meant by that. Sorry--should have read your post more thoroughly.
As to whether or not you can get rid of it for good-- Unfortunately, according to what I've read, researchers have never actually cured an animal of Lyme in any stage (even early localized)*; however, there are people who get asymptomatic and stay that way.
So if your LLMD says you're doing well, I'd be encouraged.

Now, that's a depressing fact.
