Has anyone used it and has it helped? Or has regular abx helped?
I see spots, lights and flashes all day long and it is one of my most annoying symptoms!!!
I was thinking about buying a tincture of stephania per Buhner. He actually lists a kind where you can buy the whole herb but that is a little much for me.

I would also like to know about this. I see spots occassionally and my vision blurs out on me all the time.

First, be sure to get a thorough eye exam. Many things can cause what you describe, some of which require medical attention.
You can do a search above for "eyes" and "vision" and "floaters" and find many threads of discussion. If you search for posts from "EyeBob" you will find a wealth of information.
If you find sources for less expensive supplements be sure that they are top quality. And, if you could see a LL ND, it would save you money in the long run.
Actually, I've not yet worked up to adding the stephania . . . but after using andrographis for some time now, my vision problems have gotten much better. I find it hard to focus, though, in part due to fatigue . . . but . . .
I don't get the flashes and flickering as much. Floaters are mostly gone, too.
Still, as flashes could indicate a problem with retina detachment, you'd want to be checked out first. Perhaps your LLMD (or a LLMD near you) has a good eye doctor whom he can refer.
Also, your local lyme support group may have names of LL eye doctors. It's not so much you need them to dx but some very strange things happen with lyme patients and vision and it's best to have someone who is LL if you can. If not, still, they can tell if it is a retina problem or something else.

I have gone to several eye doctors who can't seem to find a problem.
I will find out if anyone knows an LL ND.
I've also started andrographis but only started 2 weeks ago and haven't seen much of a difference yet.

I'm glad to hear you had an eye exam. That is good news.
It took a couple months on andrographis for me to see changes (and one month is taken just getting up to the desired dose).
Stephania does look very interesting. Other supplements that might help increase microcirculation might be considered. Off the top of my head, those would include Gotu Kola, Salvia m., Gingko b., garlic/allicin, etc.
The book and DVD, "Yoga for your eyes" might also help relieve muscle tension. You can see that at Amazon and watch a few clips at You Tube.
Magnesium and fish oil are also two of the very best things that you can take. Magnesium can help detox and also calm irritated nerve firings (that can cause the flashes). Fish oil strengthens the nerves.
Goji Berries (wolf berries), bilberry, natural beta carotene, B-vitamins - all great for the eyes to help strengthen nerves and capillaries. Liver support to be sure toxins don't recirculate is important, too. Floaters can be caused by toxins.
