Thanks. I'll check it out. I'm weighing all my options and $150 a week isn't one of them Posts: 410 | From Victoria BC, Canada | Registered: Jul 2008

Besides the vet source, there is a powder you can order from overseas. You have to mix it yourself, and I understand it is very cheap. There is a good post on that, but I'm not sure where. You could try a search. Up for the link.

Hey thanks I think I am onto that now. It is a lot cheaper. I can't understand why it is so outrageously priced.

The pharmaceutical industry in America is a cartel, and some of the most politically powerful business in America. As big business, they are not about health, they are about money.
The sicker people are, the more money...Perhaps they are aware of how many chronic diseases are bacterial at their core, so choose not to make this treatment easily available.
If taking a Bicillin substitute on you own, please be very careful. High liver enzyes can kill you, so you may need to get them checked by a doctor from time to time, and possibly protect your liver with supportive herbs.
You have to take a cyst buster like Metronidazole with this medication, or you will just drive the spirochetes into cyst form and they will come back later with a vengence.
Also, as with any antibiotic, you have to be fastidious about an anti-candida diet, fungal killers, and probiotics.

PROVEN that Bicillin does NOT drive all spiro's in to cyst form, if you have a Live blood microscope you will see this does not happen. Also if this was so why would so many patient's solely on Bicillin be having defined Herx's every month?
Yes at some point in your treatment you will have to add a Cysbuster (Tinidazole, Plaquinil or Metronizadole) and an intracellular but Metro is NOT one you would use at the beginning until you have your motile spiro load down.
