Just wondering, do I need to do anything before I have my mercury out.

Starting Monday with a Biological Dentist.

Thanks<

Hi atheana,

It's recommended not to take vitamin C the day before or morning of dental procedures. Vit C can reduce the effectiveness of dental anesthesia.

You can begin taking vitamin C and other detox stuff immediately after the amalgam replacement is complete. Keep your supplements in your purse or car, and have a bottle of water handy, rather than waiting until you get home.

Take care and good luck,
Nutmeg

I took 30 pills of Chrollea before I had my amalgams out and at least nine a day on the days following.

I checked with my LLMD first and they said it was ok but I would check with yours before taking anything.

Have you had a heavy metal toxicity test? Are you planning on doing any IV chelation therapy and using the appropriate supplements?

These are things you should look into, if you have not. Removing your amalgams will, no doubt,

dislodge mercury into your system even when the removal is performed

under the best of circumstances and if you have had mercury amalgams in your mouth they have to

have leeched mercury into your system thru the years.
