Yesterday I went to my uncle who is a chiropractor, he's trying to help me out.

Well, he has this Erchonia laser that he's had for several years. He had told me that he had some Lyme frequencies for it, but we'd both forgotten about it over the past few months.

He said if I wanted he could try it. I said sure, but wanted to start very slow.

He did it for 15 seconds on my sternal area and then on my back for 15 seconds.

15 mins later, we were driving home and I was sooooo tired!

Last night I slept 10 hours without waking up once. I felt sluggish today. Instead of picking anything up (from my 3 kids), I sat on the couch most of the day. I ordered pizza for supper b/c I was too tired to make anything. Of course I can't eat it so I had some Ezekial bread with olive oil garlic and avocado...yum!

My neck hurts, my head hurts and my temp is 99.4

My anxiety was with me today I could tell.

I've been awake for 13 hours now and I'm ready for bed.

Is this what your more mild herxes are like?

Thanks,

Ocean
