Started antibiotics a week ago and was feeling okay except for some digestive issues.

Today, started feeling flushed, anxious, and the excruciating leg/hip pain has returned. I also have a slight headache and jaw pain.

Started having anxiety and sleep problems a few days ago...hadn't been an issue in months.

Could this be a herx reaction? If so, any suggestions to alleviate the body aches? How long does a herx typically last?

This could defintitely be a herx. Everyone is different. Herxes can last a couple of hours or weeks.

I hope it resolves itself quickly, and that you feel better.

Severe neurological problems. Probably sick for years. Became chronically sick in Aug 2007. Undiagnosed for another 15 months. Started treatment for lyme and bart Sept. 2008. Improving, but very slowly.
