My doctor recommends the Perl Resonant machine, for an hour at a time. From what I've read on

Lymenet, people only do 1 or 2 minutes of Rife. Has anyone ever done an hour?

You may be able to do an hour some day, when the bacteria is mostly gone.

It would be foolish to try this without slowly working up to it. My wife can easily do an hour now.
Five minutes was a challenge at one time.

It is always smart to be careful with any treatment you have not used before. Lyme reactions are really unpredictable.

Wow, start with an hour!?! That's a recipe for extreme disaster! As Dan said, start slowly. Start with 30 seconds to a minute each of one to 3 frequencies, maybe only 1-2. Give yourself a good week to 10 days to see how you react, and only SLOWLY go up from there.

Whenever you use new frequencies, do the same. Don't ever start with the amount of time you've worked up to with another frequency. Otherwise you will pay dearly.
