I am so excited! Have my appt with Dr. C in Tampa set for July 21st.

Does anyone have any recommendations re: hotels? Surprisingly the office staff would not offer any suggestions re: local hotels in the area.

Just prefer something clean and reasonably priced.

I know there is a Ramada Inn close by...no experience with any of these hotels, as I make the grueling drive.

Also, do a search for Busch Garden hotels....he is very near there.

Although I usually stay with my father in Clearwater, I've stayed at Sailport Waterfront Suites a couple times and was very pleased. Their website is http://www.sailport.com and they showed a rate of $59 for a one bedroom suite.

It's right on Tampa Bay and there are some restaurants right in the immediate area.
