I would try the Partnership for Prescription Assistance first. www.pparx.org
PPA has a database of a lot of the free or discount programs from the pharmaceutical companies and you may find that you qualify for free drugs.
It sounds to me like Prescription Hope links into these programs at the pharmaceutical companies but charges a service fee to help with the process. That service fee may be of help to you if you find the PPA too difficult to navigate.

Google Prescription Assistance Programs. Much of the info on the internet is geared towards AIDS patients, but it includes info on the makers of many of our meds. Not sure if there's one for the Rocephin but many of the other antibiotics' manufacturers have a prescription assistance program.
Bridges TO Access is the program run by Glaxo SmithKline, the makers of Mepron. It's yes, free Mepron, if you make under a certain amount of money.
