Depyrrol

You have to take Oil of Evening Primrose in addition .... but this sure makes it easy!!!

My doc suggested for me Depyrrol PLUS, in addition to Methylcobalamin (B12), a multivitamin without copper (very important to avoid copper because it is antagonist to zinc).

for children, there are other suggestions (like still adding more magnesium if I understood well).

I just started on a preparatory course for the KPU, with ONLY zincglucomate (if I remember well) and taurine. Only that causes already some effects I feel.

The one pill, plus the oil of evening primrose.

Brussels, what about natural sources of copper? I take Blood Builder for iron and it makes a huge difference so I don't want to stop taking it. It contains Hydrilla verticallata, which is a source of chlorophyll, b12, copper and trace minerals.

What's the difference between Depyrrol Plus and Depyrrol Basis (which is what I'm taking)?
