I take it without food, but I am drinking it and not doing the salt tablets. What kind of salt are you using?

Check out

www.lymephotos.com

and read through the information,

Gael

I am using "Himalania" pink salt. I just started today.

I have a question about one of the photos on lymephotos.com. The one that says it is borrellia. I saw those exact same things floating in my toilet. But why does the person think it is borrellia?

I don't have an answer as to why they think it might be borrelia. If you have a chance take a look at lymetwisters post where he has a picture of one of those similar to lymephotos.

How much salt did you start with? I hope you know to start slow and ramp up. I started with 1/4 tsp each salt and vit C per day and ramped up according to how I was herxing.

Drink plenty of water. Did you see the parasite that is pictured on lymephotos before or after you started the salt/c?

I saw that "borrelia" thing in the toilet the day before starting the salt/C. I was checking

the toilet because I had been doing the parasite program on my Resonant Light PERL.

I started full strength with the salt/c (12 grams each per day) because that is my

personality, and also, I don't ever seem to herx from anything. This is now my second or third

day of salt/C (can't remember due to my usual memory problems). I don't feel a thing yet,

other than possibily feeling better.

You know what you can tolerate. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. I guess the antiparasitic program you were doing caused the parasite to release.

I would be very surprised if you didn't herx from the salt/c. Have you been dx with Lyme and cos? Keep us posted as to how you do with the salt/c,

Gael

Yes, I tested positive for Lyme by IgeneX. We also suspect babesia, despite the negative tests.

Should I go above 12 grams if I don't start herxing within a few days? I'm about 130 pounds.

I've been doing the Lyme program with the PERL for about a month now. I haven't herxed from

that either, but it did make me feel better, I think.

I am not familiar with the PERL. Is it similar to Rife? I would not go above 12 gms right now. Give it time.

You might also want to join lymestrategies because these are the people with Lyme that do salt/c and other protocols.

Are you on any meds/antibiotics etc? If your not herxing, what symptoms are you having if any? The minerals in the sea salt can make you feel better initially.

Also both the sea salt and vitamin C support the adrenals. My experience with this protocol was that I felt better initially and then herxed like crazy.
