Since starting F at 1/4 pill.
Going slow cos' I feel it working at 2 pieces of a
pill a day. I am having severe rt. shoulder and
upper arm pain on movement. Brings tears if I
forget. Nothing else hurts like this and even
neck feels not as bad since this started. Had
this now for a month but loads worse
now. I have read f will sometimes aggravate
certain conditions. Rash on spine from last week
is fading. Anyone have this on the right? I am
wondering if it could be a parasite migration.

I have had 2 periods of pretty severe shoulder pain, the worst on the left, but once on the right.
Chiropractor found zilch and I am convinced that it is a Lyme symptom. The first time did take a cople of mnoths to resolve itself, the second time much less.
I'm sorry I haven't got a good tip to help the pain: I tried massage [probably the best], pain relief creams, a magnet wrap, heat, ice. It is also a hard place to get anything to stay put!
If you take serrapeptase, it can't hurt to increase the dose, as it tackles inflammation and offers some pain relief.
I had that for a while and it kept getting worse till one day I could not even move my fingers without getting severe pain. I found out it was a frozen shoulder and I should have been moving and stretching it instead of trying not to move it at all.
It took months of therapy that I did myself at home before I could move it again. It still hurts and I still stretch it a lot during the day and now it's been at least a good year.
So just sayin, maybe have a Doc check it?

I had frozen shoulders in both shoulders at the same time. Well actually that was a misdiagnosis and lyme was actually the culprit, but didn't know it yet.
I could not move my arms more than a few inches in any direction and could barely hold a glass or put on a shirt. It was the most excrutiating pain I have had the whole time with LD.
I went to physical therapy which did nothing whatsoever to help it, still not knowing that it was lyme.
It was not only my shoulders but it was in the tendons running down my arms and into my hands.
Once I started lyme treatment, it took about a year for this to completely resolve.

My friend had that from lyme/erlichia. Acupuncture helped as did treatment and exercise.
I had shoulder pain that I thought was lyme and it was a bad IUD placement. You really have to consider all factors.

I have had mostly left arm and shoulder pain. It seems likely that it is a Lyme/coinfection thing in my case. I say this because it tends to be associated with other symptoms such as fuzzy eyes, sore soles, nausea... My pain, which seems to have subsided (knock on wood), was very much like pressure. I wouldn't say I had a "frozen shoulder". It is just that both the shoulder and arm felt as if they wer under tremendous pressure. I associate it with Bartonella, but who knows?

Right shoulder pain can also be from gallstones or pancreatitis. Both can refer pain to the right shoulder. My pancreatitis causes a very sharp pain inside my right shoulder.
