I was diganosed with Babesiosis in July of 2009 after a 5 day stretch of fever, body aches, headache, vertigo. I did one week of mepron and azythromax and felt better. One month later felt bad again and was put on cycle of 3 weeks of Mep and Az 2 weeks off and 3 weeks on again. The main issue now is nightly soaking sweats. How long before the sweats go away? Does this cycle tof treament sound reasonable/
Thanks!

Many people believe you should treat babesia for the full life cycle of a red blood cell which is 4-5months to completely rid the disease. The sweats get better after a month or two.
It also depends on what strain of babesia you have. If you are on a more resistent strain you may have to be on something longer. It sounds like you caught it early so maybe a shorter stretch will be ok for you. One thing... make sure you treat it thoroughly you don't want to keep retreating. This can be difficult to get rid of.
