do i need to request a igenex kit from the company, or will the llmd dr has their own igenex kit/

I just sent for my packet from igenex but the doctor has to perscribe the test. I have that to. Some doc offices has the test kits mine was out. It took a week to get to me but they pay for shipping back to them after the test.
