I am so desparate. I know I am having huge Bartonella issues (heel/foot pain, shin pain, eye dryness and pain, etc.)

I can't see my dr. till at least Thursday, but am thinking I will at least take a shot at a supplement or herb in the meantime.

Any suggestions on one, just one that you all would think may get me going in the right direction. I am really, really med sensitive, so I will be sure to take about 1/2 the reccomended dose.

Thank you all. This sucks.

Get some resveratrol from the health food store and start that. While there also get some hyaluronic acid for your eyes. Take 100mg a day -buy the vegetarian kind, not rooster comb or chicken sternum. It will help you replace the collagen that is being destroyed in your eyes. Your eyes should feel better a few days after you start.

Good luck,
