I just started back on Olive Leaf Extract and Oil of Oregano about a week ago.

I am having a pretty bad herx the past week and was wondering if anyone else experiences this when they first start and /or go back on these two supp.'s?

Any thoughts? TG

Hi,

I just took some Oil of Oregano this morning for a cold/sore throat that is coming on - rough taste but kills my colds almost instantly.

I also take both products when I believe I need it for yeast and usually feel crappy from the yeast die off.

I have taken them both with no lyme symptoms and felt like crap so I am pretty confident that for me it is yeast.

All My Best!

Yes, it could be yeast die off for me I suppose.

Can feel the same as lyme herx so who knows...It all feels crappy!

I will scale back a bit and try to make it more bearable..Thanks for your feedback. TG
