Does anyone know what it means when this measure goes up significantly? Prothrombin Fragment 1 + 2 (monoclonal) was 387 three months ago. Now it is 692. These are both extremely high. Diagnosis is lyme with bartonella and hypercoagulation and bioflim. Treatment is with IV vancomycin, heparin shots, valtrex and bolouke. If you have any knowledge of this and can explain in layman's terms, we would be most appreciative. Thanks!

This is an old post, but I'm wondering the same thing? My Prothrombin Fragment 1 + 2 monoclonal is 358, which is high...
My Alpha-2 Antiplasmin and my Protein C Activity are also slightly high as well, though my Prothrombin Fragment 1 + 2 monoclonal is significantly higher than normal and the most 'off'...
Any ideas?
