i am working on my candida, i strongly believe that is what is having me sick, im following a protocol that i found on the net, i am getting ready to use
ginger, anyone ever use ginger and how did you prepare it., i am going to boil piece of it after i skin it, then i will drink it, i was also told it its a good cleaner for the liver.
i started juicing my green vegetables, not to much, 2 times a day, a half a cup, cause they are carbs.
anyway i have a lot of work to do, and when i start to feel improvement i will report here, since this place, staired me in the right direction. my ringing in the ear has went down a great deal, but i do still have it, the insomnia is still there, hopefully these will go away, when i keep on the track of controlling my yeast that i have real real bad... anybody know a candida message board..i need to be on one.... getting tips...ideas, and suggestions...thanks
cfs, hhv6, mycobacterium, hsv1, cmv, pirovirus, and Epstein Barr virus.... digestive system

Juicing is almost all sugar so that might not be a wise idea if you are trying to control yeast. Ginger is used for nausea/indigestion. If you want to make tea, peel it, and steep in water for 4 hours with a piece of apple. It's available in tea bags from the store as well, strong, yummy stuff. Don't forget tumeric for your liver!

Ginger is the wonder food, in my opinion. I used to have terrible gastrointestinal issues and ginger has helped them.
I usually make a tea with fresh ginger or you can find crystallized ginger at most stores; only thing is I wind up scraping off most of the sugar coating, it's just too sweet.

The best wine I ever tasted was some homemade dandelion. Street I often wonder the same thing. I always believed you did not have to ingest any more than
your body required, so I always ate slim to stay slim. Now I think eating wiser would have been
better over leaner. Ginger has loads of uses. They even have ginger toothpaste. And it is great rubbed on hemorrhoids. Shrinks super fast.

well, I never ate Vegetables, MY diet was fast food daily, candy, cake, anything sweet, my coffe, had a lot of suger in it, I would never cook, i hated vegetables and fruit.
i grew up on the islands, and was made to eat fruits and vegies, couldnt leave the table until the plate was clean.
so after i became my own woman, i refuse to eat them, the most important things your body need i didnt touch,
i was dating, a black muslin, back in my 20's and he used to encourage me to not eat meat, and juice my vegies, and fruit, i didnt listen, now im paying he price.
