I've had dreams, but last night were so real, and after looked them up today were not good in meaning. Started doxy again yesterday. Curious, anybody have dreams that you can remember clearly on meds? Thanks.

- Liver support can help this frequent "side-effect" of unsettling dreams that can occur from the toxicity issues around lyme
Also good for calm sleep is magnesium and a good fish or Krill oil (or OmegaBrite). And more water throughout the day.
Milk Thistle as a main liver support is excellent. Your LLMD should have you on some sort of liver support if not milk thistle. -
