Given the low power levels involved, it seems unlikely that the low frequencies could do much damage to the body.
I am sure there is a small possibility that if you ran any given frequency for twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, you may be able to have a negative effect of some kind. Nobody really does that in reality.
One thing to keep in mind is most of Rife's original frequencies, were in the MHz range. For the killing of pathogens, higher frequencies are more likely to work better on average.

Now...wanna talk about H.A.A.R.P.? (The flip side - high frequency - to resonate ELF naturally present in our ionospheric. Temporarily heat up the ionsophere...uhm...)
Scientists have made a DNA stucture a octahedron. It is the beginning "seed" of life. It begins with rotating an octrahedron...spinning it (likely hydrogen powered).

Normally DNA is linear. They figured out how to make it bend in that shape SPONTANEOUSLY (which looks like 2 pyramids base to base).
This symbol is on a church in Spain. It represents the alpha and omega. 1 + 800.
It looks like the octahedron might "cage" energy.
That structure is curious:

Gosh darn...the ancients knew a LOT more than we do! They left us many symbols which we have not paid attention to. Resonance in caves where they went to chant...
Wait until you get into levitation via electro-magnetism (how some believe the great pyramids were built).
We ARE "light beings" and this is all very mathematical...we are stardust. (That is NOT to say there isn't a God...HE is real and he is the alpha and omega.
P.S. Find Brian Collin's "Frequency of Light" CD. Watch his personal video on U-tube. He is amazing. His knowledge is astounding...it is hard to take it all in.
