As I was watching it, I couldn't help but think that this is a link to helping us and our loved ones get well.
I dare say it will be almost impossible to get better while we are putting the stuff that they are selling us in the stores into our bodies.
I am going to be changing my budget to try and start buying more organics. I also can't imagine eating meat from the store. It just disgusts me!!

I agree! Everyone needs to see Food Inc. It really opens your eyes to what our government has done to our food.

Yes - I saw that too. It has totally changed what I eat and where I buy it from. Now I only go to Whole Foods and buy my groceries. The meat, chicken, fish are all super fresh and it tastes different than what I used to get at Safeway. I also really try to avoid places like McDonald's now.
Govt is allowing us to be slowly killed by big business!
