My doctor recommended Magnesium Malate. However, Im not sure the brand I recently purchased is working well.

If anyone is using Magnesium Malate, what brand have you found helpful? I did a google search and there are many brands out there.

Hi, Morning Song. God bless your Place of Hope!

I found relief from Fibromyalgia pains with BIOCHEM Malic Relief Formula. Been using it more than a decade.

I'd consulted with a "famous" Fibro Dr who tried to push me to buy his own expensive magnesium malate blend pills. I asked to look at the ingredient label and thanked him for the tip, then declined. He then proceeded to berate me for having tension in my neck and mocked me for other Fibro symptoms. Swell dude. Not sorry I didn't help him buy his next residence.

I went to a local health food store and found nearly the same thing he was selling, but for less: Malic Relief Formula.

A couple times when I've run out and thought I'd save $ by not using it, my symptoms worsened. And when I'd get back to daily use, I could feel it helping again. ymmv.

I'm in MAJOR multi-system LD Complex decline now, so I don't get much relief of Fibro pain ever anymore, but I'll still take Malic Relief Formula until a LLMD who listens to my history tells me otherwise.

I've had good results with Source Naturals. If you are not used to Magnesium when you first start you will have loose bowels but this usually clears up in a week or so as your body gets used to it and starts absorbing better.

My doctor told me to get NutraMedix. Never had loose bowels on it

Severe neurological problems. Probably sick for years. Became chronically sick in Aug 2007. Undiagnosed for another 15 months. Started treatment for lyme and bart Sept. 2008. Improving, but very slowly.

My favorite is "NOW" brands Magnesium Malate. I've tried other brands but this one works the best for me.
