I recently had a test run by my new doctor to check my vaccine levels. He said that my tetanus level was about 8 times higher than it should be.

Has anyone run into this before?

I am guessing the test is showing the amount of the tetanus toxin in my body is much higher than it should be, since the vaccine is the toxin and not the actual tetanus...

I checked out the symptoms of it and I seem to match up.

What exactly did they test? Is there a name or a value? Is this about the amount of vaccine action in your body . . . actual tetanus . . . or your immune system's reaction to a challenge test?

I don't know exactly because I live about 2,000 miles from my doctor but he mentioned that I have been over vaccinated for tetanus. My last tetanus shot was 4.5 years ago, right before I got sick.
