Personnally, I like poke root for lymphatic drainage and stimulation.

Cowden recommends the use of the Healthy Swinger or Chi Machine like device as well for lymphatic work.

I have one too. It works well, stirred up a bit at first.

Great way to get the body moving when exercise tolerance is limited.

Wal mart has mini rebounder for under $30.00 even if you can only jump for 20 seconds it all helps-
and yes I like Poke Root for lymph nodes- it has a persistant flushing action on lymph system, whole body and on all body cells. You can't get it in a store maybe online - natural doc or natural medicinary will have or make for you.

I used poke and also cleansed my liver - real important
