Feel overwhelmed. I have been feeling pretty good the last few weeks. Last night got real depressed, feel overwhelmed and useless, like I'm never going to get better. Can this be a herx. I'm feeling well physically, but not psychlogically.

Sorry your not feeling psychologically fit.
Many of us get our brains back before we get physically fit.
It is a good sign that you have improvement, so I would say yes it could be a herx.
Don't know what meds you are on but some are known to be more depressing than others so a switch may be in order.

I am not familiar with those. Hopefully someone else can help more.
Do you see any signs of yeast in the mouth or elsewhere? Sometimes it can be hard to control and can cause symptoms.
I take my Nystatin religiously 4 times a day.
