I'm wondering has anyone on this forum saw this doctor or heard from a friend, relative, patient that the office did not diagnose them with a TBI? Ever? This question could apply really to any LLMD, but I'm interested in this one.

I see this LLMD in NY as an adjunct to my other LLMD. Before I went to his practice, I had to sign paperwork that I understood I was going to be treated for a TBI.
I understood this paperwork to mean that he definitely would be treating me for TBI.
Interestingly, one of the reasons I went to him was b/c I was questioning the Lyme diagnosis. Once I went there, filled out their symptom list and have now tested IGG and IGM positive via Igenex, I have no question.
So, I can't answer your question exactly, but this was my experience.

I can't answer about Dr H specifically.
But my own LLMD has diagnosed people with things other than TBDs.
I think most LLMDs are amazing diagnosticians, and will get to the root of the problem - whatever it may be.

I see this LLMD too and like the famous Dr B says when in doubt---always think Lyme. I think there are more folks with lyme and co. then we know.
BTW I was diag. with Lyme and co. and viruses, food allergies and other things as well.
If you treat and herx and then feel symptom relief you will know. IMO better to treat then to wait and see.
