I've noticed an increase in my pain levels in the past few days as have others I've talked to.
I do understand that there are cycles... do these coincide with moon phases, or....? I was told to do parasite cleanses the week before and after the full moon for this reason.
Anybody have any theories or research on this? Does anyone else notice a particular pattern?
Where is our chiropractor??? What can you tell me to help "Sacral Shear"? My sacrum "floats" and causes pain (low back and down hips/legs). I don't mean to be asking for medical advise - maybe exercises...?
Thanks, TnFC

It may have to do with air pressure. Some people feel more pain when it's low pressure.
People with fibromyalgia often feel worse in the fall. Maybe due to cold & damp weather?
I never noticed anything associated with the moon in my case.

- Magnesium and Fish oil help to relieve pain. Liver support and antioxidants also help. More here: -------------

Find the website for UPLEDGER INSTITUTE to find a practitioner near you for this gentle but thorough Cranial-Sacral therapy.
Find FENDENKRAIS and RESTORATIVE YOGA sites. And Tai Chi or Soaring Crane Qi Gong.
Also professional massage.
All these have helped me. -

- Oops. Forgot the moon question. Just as some jelly fish and other sea creatures experience increased or decreased activity during certain lunar cycles, there is a theory that parasites also strongly react to the cycles of the moon.
Our bodies are, in effect, just one big water park (with skin on) for many little critters, so it does have a familiar ring to it. -

I've been Dx with Fibro for over 10 years and I had questioned the possibility of Lyme many years ago, but was ignored and the one test they did run was of course negative.
I have started a magnesium lotion just recently, maybe I should increase the amount I am using - also taking supplements.
I love massage, but it's too expensive, being on disability. I have "knots" that don't go away - they roll when worked on.
But it is my joints that are that are flaring up also.
Dr B's "Topics" paper talks about the cycles of the 'ketes, so I just wondered if anyone else had pinpointed a time frame.

I wouldn't say my pain levels are any different, but my air hunger has been worse the past few weeks, and it's been really hot and humid here.

My pain levels have been horrible lately-not sure if it's stress though...or my weekly cycle that I've recently noticed.
I do know that since starting LAST Tuesday my pain level has been sky high. Horrible.

I'm really going to try to keep better track of my symptoms and pain levels and maybe record the daily conditions (talk about BIG dreams) to see if I can spot a pattern...
