I tried it once to help me sleep--it was horrible. I had a paradoxical reaction to it: up all night, speedy, trippy, brain zooming stuff. Yikes!

Daughter took it and kept her up that night and next day, felt dizzy, spacey etc.

I take melatonin nightly. I break a 3mg in half cause im sooo sensitive to sleep aids. Im feeling really lucky right now cause it doesnt cause me to herx. Thank goodness!

Wow! I take it ev. nite 4, sometimes up to 8. I have even added Tylenol P.M. with. No side effects that I know of.

I do well with 3mg/day. My sleep is less broken up, and I can stay in bed somewhat longer w/o waking. I felt my energy was up slightly as well, though that may be due to getting better quality sleep.
