I can't even begin to explain this; it's just weird.
I was awake in the middle of the night (big surprise there), and I got up to get a drink. I was fine walking out to the kitchen, but by the time I got there, the area around my kneecap went numb, like pins and needles numb.
Needless to say, it scared me a little. No trouble walking, just felt weird.
Now this morning, as I'm stting at the computer, I realized that I have whaat feels like a bruise spot on my thigh. It hhurts to touch it, but there is no bruise there.
I rubbed it a little to see if it would feel any better, and it felt like I have a muscle knot--strange place to have one, if you ask me.
Now, I don't know if I'm thinking myself into this or what, but it feels like my legs is getting shaky and almost numb, between my calf and my hip.
My LLMD cut my meds in half last week to see how I do with it, so I'm wondering if that has something acting up, or if I'm just weird.
I'm taking Doxy and Rifampin.

If it's weird, then it must be a Lyme symptom, haha.
It's not in your head, though.

When I was first getting sick, one of my symptoms was feeling like there was bruises on me that weren't really there. It would hurt everywhere. Someone couldn't even lightly touch me without it hurting.
My former PCP put me on Neurontin and that helped alot with that pain.
