There now is a new Lyme doctor in Zionsville, Indiana. I have not seen her yet but she follows Dr. B's guidelines but sets an individual program depending on symptoms, severity, and duration in which you have been ill.
I was told the first visit is $300 dollars and each follow up in $150. He also told me that Medicare covers the Western Blot test and that they will give the papers to file with our insurance.
If you would like me to pm you then send me a message.
I will also keep up with this and let you know what I think after I see her. Talking on the phone they seem to really care. They talked to be for a long time and explained everything.

If you could PM the doctor, I would appreicate it. He/she will have to be on my insurance. Just can't afford out-of-pocket right now.
But, it is so encouraging knowing that there is a doc in Indiana.
