I have had lyme 4 times in the last few years. I keep going to my primary physician and they put me on antibiotics with no explanation. I need a doctor who understands Lyme disease and can help me for the long term. I am looking for a LLMD in Orange County, NY or Northern, NJ. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you, Chris

Thank you! Which Dr is better? They are both equal distance to my home. Do you know any LLMD's in Northern NJ?

I am so relieved to find this board and this post. I'd also really appreciate the information for the same location (Northern NJ or Orange County, NY) and thought posting here would produce the quickest response since it's a recent post.
I was originally diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2009 after several incorrect diagnosis. I was seen by an infectious disease specialist whom I trusted and am now finding out I have chronic lymes and my new primary care has started me on antibiotics, however after doing more research see I will really need an LLMD to help me due to my symptoms.
I also fear my daughter may have lymes and may have contracted congenitally. I am beside myself tonight after receiving the phone call and really just need answers.
