I guess I should change my screen name to kitkat34. I was apparently 32 when I chose it.

Hubby has to work 3-11 today and son is going to a ball game with a friend. So my 5 year old daughter and I are going on a date. [Smile]

I love getting birthday wishes.

Betty, I loved the song..I even sang it to myself in a birthday tune. [Wink]

Daughter and I had a nice date. I drove and I paid...but it was worth it.

Kung foo Panda was a cute movie. It was a great night until we left the movies. She pleaded for another slushie on the way out and I gave in.

No sooner did she take a sip and it fell on the floor. Large orange slushie all over my flip flopped feet, my capris, the floor and the person standing next to me. [bonk]

Then she was crying, I was all sticky and embarresed. The girl at the counter gave her another one and me and the poor bystander cleaned up with some paper towels. LOL.

What a night. It was fun though and I am glad I was having a good day so I could spend some time with her.

well, you made another lasting memory today; your daughter's slush. 5-10 years from now when she says,

gee, mom, do you remember your birthday date with me, and i spilled my slush all over you and your capris?? [lol]
