I am grateful this year for many things.

I've worked more than I have in five years and it felt very good.

The Under Our Skin documentary was finally released and I'm happy to see I made the final cut. I'm quite visible to those who know me, and it feels good to know that historically my participation in our fight has been documented.

My bug who also has Lyme (thanks to me contracting it while pregnant) is doing exceptionally well.

I hope all my fellow Lymies can find a few things to be grateful about.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

acorn, you are in UNDER OUR SKIN; is it ok to ask where you are in it so i can VISUALLY see you too??

i've really missed your wonderful graphics; you and all your squirrel critters!!

so happy you are able to work again and FEELING GOOD; both you and your little nut! [group hug] [kiss] i've thought about you and wandered how you are.

i'm thankful my 3 colon polyps were removed; and removed completely was my 1 preCANCEROUS one!!

i'm thankful for my wonderful, loving, understanding, humorous husband of 34 years as we both age together ... each of us taking care of the other.

i'm thankful we paid off our home in 11.5 years and my secretary check was then invested for many years before my health forced me to quit work 10 yrs. ago with no benefits.

thankful as a spouse i'm covered on hubby's health insurance policy.

thankful after 5 years of hell, i was approved for SSDI disability benefits going back 3 yrs. and HOPING recent 1st review of my claim goes by with NO more endless paperwork to prepare.

thankful i'm not bedridden and feel so bad for so many of you who have spent everything in order to regain your health back.

thankful for my 3 close classmates who i get together monthly with for endless laughter and visiting.

thankful we live in a FREE COUNTRY AND OUR FREEDOMS have/are being fought by our military to let us keep these freedoms for us all. [group hug] [kiss]

THANK YOU GOD OR WHOEVER YOU BELIEVE IN for the food on our tables, roofs over our heads, family, and friends...
