Hi Geneal,

You are a wise, caring, intelligent person and you don't deserve any animosity or bad-energy from anyone.
You have chose the high road and you will thrive, I just know it.

Hi <<<<< Geneal Sweet Friend >>>>>,
I know it isn't easy honey, but you keep on doing the right thing, kindly and firmly !!!
You are a person of integrity and worth, and that is already shining!!!
TxC learned some things that have helped him many times over the years. When you are documenting,[do a written and on computer both], and besides the regular log of treatments and so on, also
... keep a separate private journal and log into it every day. This saved TxC serious issues and problems several times.
There were times, that log info' was tampered with, and TxC had a handwritten/or typed separate copy of info' that was logged, and a back up at home to from his personal log.
We'll just say... 'The unexpected happened...', and he had the proof that he was doing what was proper and needed, and required, and being a 'team player' as well!!!
When he left his job for a different one, he left w/ integrity intact and his head held high.
It took awhile, but a very inefficient individual was finally removed from a situation. We knew, and a triad of commissioners knew,That TxC had done as much as possible to keep damages to a minimum.
Sadly, over fifty much needed good caring workers left a situation where they were very much needed, before the info was acted on.
My husband had no regular work for six months in the process of all this [he delivered Pizza for a friend to make ends meet].
Sorry, I'm jabbering on here, but documentation, and doing his job w/ integrity have saved us serious problems and heartaches many times...
Shine forth honey, and keep doing what you know is right!!! I know yo will !!!
