I'm not exactly clear on the meaning of Herxing. My infused abx ended 1 month ago. I still have symptoms of dizziness, mental disconnection. I just went for a brisk 1 hour walk and I am light headed and even more disconnected is this Herxing? Is this a good thing? -------------------- pen

Herxing is a worsening of symptoms on antibiotics. Not a month later. It is caused by a die off of bacteria which release toxins. You may have more pain, more difficulties and generally feel worse. I would think that you aren't finished with Lyme and/or Co-infections yet if you still have symptoms. Are you seeing a LLMD? Hugs, Geneal
