Yep. Nothing yet. Would love an answer on this one! He finally got pain killers after 4 months of suffering. He at least has some relief with pain killers.
So, short term... heavy duty pain killers (tylenol w/cod or many are taking other narcotics) You probably have to find a pain management doctor for this.
Long term... keep fighting the infections!

Here is the list of treatments that I have used for chronic headaches/migraine and dizziness.
Diet change: Biggest impact!
Removed all MSG, all packaged foods and all artificial sweeteners. I use fresh veggies, hormone free meat. Switched from dairy to Almond milk. Coffee, rarely. Increased water with lemon to help with acid/alkaline situation and hydration.
Lyrica, helped greatly with eliminating headaches. 75mg. per day for about a year.
Balance exercises: helps dizziness, good to work the brain. Core exercises to strengthen which helps keep me balanced.
Magnesium Glycinate or Malate: wonderful for headaches. If you have chronic headaches look into the Myer's cocktail protocol. It will stop a headache immediately.
Magnesium is necessary in over 300 bodily functions and especially important in our electrical ( neurological ) system. Every cell in the body needs magnesium.
Bonus, wonderful for your bones, heart and muscles.
Another quick way to get magnesium into your body is to take a warm bath/soak with Epsom Salts before bed. There area also sprays to rub on your skin after showering to deliver magnesium to areas that area painful, like your lower back or knees.
Normalizing Vit. D levels, have it checked so you know what to aim for.
Normalizing Thryoid hormone
Know your blood pressure numbers
Feed you brain healthy fats, olive oil, omega 3's and coconut oil for cooking.
I occasionally have some dizziness usually from getting up too fast or exercise exertion or if my ear is feeling full but I know what to do and it will pass relatively quickly.
Dizziness is not vertigo, there is a huge difference.
If you become dizzy, do not shut your eyes because it only makes it worse. Instead, focus your eyes on one thing and don't loose the focus.
With your eyes occupied, then your balance center in the ear can normalize without competing with the eye. It's normal to get a little panicky when you feel dizzy but if you focus and breathe normally, it will calm down.
If you have true Vertigo, get to a safe place because you will be there a while. It's better to prepare just in case.
Some people who have frequent vertigo will keep a kit in the bathroom consisting of bottled water, a phone, blanket, towels and leave a key with a neighbor or relative, just in case they have an attack and can't get up or are hurt from a fall or dehydrated. It can last hours and leave one completely weak for days.
Migraines are not always those horribly painful headaches, in fact, they are not a headache at all but they are a neurological disturbance.
