Do any of you have crying spells that will last for days? I feel terrible and confused about what treatment I am on but that's a start now why all this crying, anxiety, depression. Thank God for xanax which takes the edge off.

I did go off all meds during the holidays due to wanting to feel as well as I could and horrible indigetion or espoh. I thought I was having a heart
attack. Yesterday stated easing back into meds and bingo the horrible indigestion.

I feel I can't die and can't get well and so discouraged. I am letting my family down, I am suppose to be keeping my greatgrans and can't do that. The meds don't seem to help but will admit it hasn't been that long.

My symptoms other than the crying etc. is horrible fatigue, sinus infection, body aches to the bone, weakness and the chest discomfort.

Still haven't found a LLMD and to sick to get to a doctor. I am going to try to call and see one about the chest discomfort this week.

Oh, I just needed to vent as I am feeling horrible both mentally and physically but yet seems everything I do to try to get well backfires.

Thanks,

I am so sorry you are feeling bad. I too have crying spells. I try to keep a positive attitude but at times it is next to impossible.

I will say that for me, after I cry I feel somewhat better, maybe die off? Maybe a really good outlet and force to just let go of our strength for that moment? We are soldiers fighting this disease and are forced to be strong. I think our souls need to cry once in a while.

I am not a doctor but it sounds like Bartenella to me. Bart symptoms in my kids show up as anxiety, irritability, depression and brain fog.

For our stomachs we take Omeprazole every morning and for bad flair ups we take dicyclomine. This has really been a big help.

i have crying spells too and i've noticed a lot of depression.

my doc gave me lexapro but it made me feel, umm, nothing. i just didn't care. i stopped it.

better to feel like i'm sort of in controll than just adding more pills.

My son had these crying jags. Not sure what caused it. He was not sad and did not know why he was crying uncontrollably. He just couldn't stop.

It was pretty scary for him and me... until we understood it was probably just a herx reaction. Die off is GOOD!

I did post on here about it and got lots of answers... here is that post:

May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.

Since you have just started treatment you cannot expect to feel better yet...it's just the way it works.

It is normal to feel worse first and it can last awhile...for me awhile was months.

There is no quick fix unfortunately.

I agree that you may be having a bart herx...along with a lyme herx.

I will say a prayer for you.

Hang in there. The only way to get better is to move forward.
