Just out of curiosity how much to LLMDs charge for first time visit? Would there be a referral for Igenex test on the first visit? I cant wait till tomorrow to call Igenex to see if a doctor outside of U.S. can sign off on blood test.

Any doctor can sign off on the tests. They do not have to be an LLMD.
If you qualify as low income, you can get up to 75% off on the IGeneX tests. You can talk with them at 1-800-832-3200.

I have had two different LLMDs...both in the Northeast...their charges were very similar...and...this doesn't include any lab work, etc. This is just for the visits.
initial: mid $500's
follow-up: mid $100's

It can also depend on what part of the country they are in. $400 for initial visit. $125 to $175 for follow up visits. Many LLMDs will let you come in every 3 months which is better on the pocket book.

i spend over an hour with my llmd every appointment. he has nurses, office, med equipment, receptionists all to pay for. not the mention what im guessing is high ins prices as well as legal representation for challenges to his license.
I think for $200+ its a good deal. then again give everything i have if it was enough to get me better.
