- Remember, as you are not yet being treated (I saw in your other post that you can't get into a LLMD yet for a while, you need to be more careful. No aerobics. But other movement is good.

From another thread of yours, I see you have a long wait to get into a LLMD.
Until you can get into see a LLMD (and thank goodness you have a good one right where you are) . . . you might see if there are other LL doctors around who may serve as intermediary support.
If not, at least take a look at the articles and books listed here for what you can on your own until you can see the LLMD. (Be sure to get on their cancellation list.)
I would start by getting the Buhner book, "Healing Lyme . . ."
Links to many articles and books by holistic-minded LL doctors of various degrees who all have this basic approach in common:
Understanding of the importance of addressing the infection(s) fully head-on with specific measures;
Knowing that support supplements are important, but NEVER enough alone. And knowing which supplements have direct impact, which are only support and which are both.
You can compare and contrast many approaches.

- It's very important to have this book as a reference tool for self-care and support measures. It answers so many questions in detail that is impossible here on the forum.

Listen to your body. If you are exhausted and in pain, don't try to do a 5 mile run!
And if you notice that a 30 min walk feels good at the time but leaves you flattened the next day, tone it down.
Don't give yourself any expectations as to what your body should or should not be able to do. Let it tell you. It might be more than you expect, or it might be nearly nothing.
I've hard periods in my illness where I could go to the gym regularly. Right now, 10-15 minutes at the gym wipes me out for days.

Thanks for all the great advice, I am ordering the books! I started several years ago with a multitude of symptoms. I have been diagnosed and treated for lead poisoning, chronic EBV,yeast,other bacterias, chemical sensitivities etc. I was tested for Lyme last year but did not get the proper test! I do have a NP that is attempting to become LL and is working with several LLMD's we are starting a treatment process till I can get in to the LLMD. I really apprecaite the input here. I am a 'planner' so coming up with a basic plan is helping me mentally

- If not yet done, you might consider being assessed for celiac. Even if not a true celiac - because of "leaky gut" - many LLMDs strongly suggest those with lyme go gluten-free at least until well into remission.
More detail here (but be aware that there are a lot of junk foods labeled gluten-free. Best to stick to real foods, not processed). -------------
