I have been denied short-term disability through my employer, have depleted all of my savings, and will have to return to work within the next two weeks. Here's the problem...I still feel pretty sick and though there have been improvements, I still experience a lot of "bad" days/hours/minutes.
I have been trying to think of work-at-home opportunities to no avail. I also considered cleaning houses/apartments, but not sure how that would work out either.
Anyone else been in the same predicament? Able to offer any advice/some ideas?
Thanks a lot!

Many people have finical issues. It is scary. It you put "money" in the search box and you will get a lot of posts.
As far as work goes, it is pretty much up to what you are able to do.
Can you appeal your employers decision?

Appealed employers decision. Physician that helps to review claims (appeals) sent me a response that indicated that I would be expected to return to work unless I was not able to breath, stand, etc. And, I have had to change docs during all of this...What a mess!!!
Will search "money" to review the posts...thanks a lot.

- Is there anyone you could live with or anyone, anyway you could rent out part of your space?
