I'm not sure how long to use a sauna for, once I get one.
Heat really bothers me. It really knocks me down so I'm wondering how long I will be able to stay in a sauna, if at all.
Will I be able to stay in it long enough to get any benefit out of it and will I be able to use it in longer and longer sessions once I get used to it.
Anyone had a similar experience?

I could only stay in the sauna five minutes at a time for the first couple of weeks.
Flash forward almost 3 months; I am up to 15 minutes about twice a week.
My LLMD suggested taking a Chlorella tab before the sauna to sop up toxins as they're being released.
I have tried it with the Chlorella twice now; I think it is doing something because I sweat more and have felt more herxy after the sauna than without the Chlorella.
