My husband was talking to a friend about me having lyme and somehow they got on the subject of Plum Island
Dave, the friend, never heard about Plum Island, that is until 2 weeks ago. He went out fishing with his buddy off the coast of Rocky Neck, CT...for those not in CT it is next to Lyme, CT. They were just cruising around pretty far out an came upon an island that they never saw before, with signs and a building on it. The signs said stay awa y government property.
They were able to get pretty close and figured that it was not beng guarded any longer..they didn't know it was Plum Island at the time....
Well the water started to get wavy, they didn't know what was happening...all of a sudden a government submarine came up out of the water and told them to get out of the area...its restricted!
They left and then looked it up on the computer ...realized it was Plum Island...
So, don't get to close to the island, it is being watched from below...definitely some bad stuff if they have a submarine circling it....

for goodness sake, the US submarine base is also located nearby ... there are always submarines around. And any local boater who doesn't know about Plum Island should not have be allowed a boating license.

Hi, I first learned of Plum Island on Jesse Ventura, Conspiracy Theory. He really blowed the whistle on our government from their actions many years ago. It was created by two scienctists for bio warfare. You can still watch the episode on TruTV..go to Jesse's page, and put in Plum Island. Very interesting, and somewhat sad to us who have these struggles. We are robbed financially, physically, and denied rights that should be ours; since our government got us here. Have a great day!!
